Private Vancouver collectors seek single pieces or collections of handbuilt studio pottery by British Columbia potters c. 1945 to present day. We are particularly interested in the BC Leach apprentices (Glenn Lewis; Ian Steele; John Reeve; Mick Henry) and their associates Charmian Johnson, Tam Irving, and Wayne Ngan, but will also happily review work by Walter Dexter, Lari Robson, Tommy Kakinuma, Don Hutchinson, etc. We'll also consider printed exhibition catalogs, chapbooks, personal correspondence, print ephemera, etc. -- but NOT magazines -- related to these artists. Please send detailed pictures, dimensions, and asking price(s) for our very fast response, usually within 24 hours. Please note that we can't and won't respond to general queries that don't include images of the actual work(s) offered for sale and/or asking price(s), and that damaged works (chips; cracks; flea bites; non-studio repairs, etc.) are not of interest to us. We pay well for quality pieces and will travel within the province to view larger collections. If this ad is still up, we are interested in hearing from you!
