Offered for sale this vintage framed acid etched metal relief panel, signed in plate by the artist Bernhard Rohne for Metallic Design Studio in 1972 Vancouver, British Columbia. Canada. This fantastic mid century composition is in good condition, it does have mild scuffs on the plate surface, which are typical with age and are definitely hard to notice given the medium of the piece. The plate is acid etched and designed after a Piri Reis 16th century map. This tastefully framed large metal plate measuring 24 inches in height x 36 inches in width, would make a fantastic addition to any mid century collection.
