Williams Lake
I'm George, a top-tier performance, health, and weight loss coach from Vancouver, British Columbia. My entire existence has been centred around health and sports. I got started when I was very little. When I was four years old, my parents joined me in my first competition. Even though I'm in my 50s, I still compete. I compete when I'm not instructing. When I'm not in competition, I'm instructing. I live for that, and I adore doing it. My parents believed that I could make the smallest objects and figurines because of my exceptional hand skills—I would make an excellent neurosurgeon. They therefore pressured me to enroll in medical school. However, as soon as I finished medical school, I knew deep down that I preferred to continue practising martial arts and competitive sports over being a doctor. Despite not pursuing a career in neurosurgery, my medical knowledge enhanced my athletic endeavours and my work as a personal trainer.
