Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent Business Name: Sushi Castle Location of Job: #102, 15785 Croydon Dr. Surrey BC V3S 2L6 Wage and working hours: $17 per hour and 30~40 hours per week Main Duties: - Prepare, cook and complete dishes including tempura, udon and teriyaki dishes from the menu - Prepare and cook all food items according to the standardized recipes and procedures given - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc - Oversee kitchen operations - Clean working area Requirements: - 2 years of work experience in commercial cooking - High school diploma or higher - Able to communicate in English - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team If you meet all of the requirements and are interested in this position, please send your resume by e-mail sushicastlehiring@gmail.com
