Kosoo Restaurant located Vancouver downtown, is currently seeking qualified First Cook. Employer: Kosoo Restaurant Work location: 832 Cardero Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2G5 Position: First Cook Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~35 hours per week) Wage: $28.85 per hour Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Requirement: -3 years of commercial cooking experience -Completion of Secondary School. -English ability (able to communicate) is required Main Job Duties: - Supervise kitchen staff and helpers - Prepare and cook complete meals - Inspect Kitchen and food service area - Train staff in preparation and handling of food - Manage kitchen operation - Co-ordinate special events - Determine the size of food portions and costs - Assist in planning menus How to apply: Email: kosoorestaurant.recruit@gmail.com Only qaulified candidate will be contacted for an interview.
