Responsibilities -Oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service. -Manage tour scheduling, bookings, and itineraries. -Handle marketing, partnerships, and digital outreach. -Monitor budgeting, pricing, and revenue. Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability goals. Qualifications: -Minimum of one year of experience in the tourism industry or a related field. -Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management or a relevant discipline. -Community Tour Guiding Certificate (or equivalent certification). -Experience in web design and tour programming is an asset. -Proficiency in calendar management and tour scheduling. -Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. -In-depth knowledge of Victoria’s tourism attractions, history, and culture. -Must be willing to relocate to Victoria, British Columbia.
