Hatley Memorial Park For sale here, are three in-ground burial plots at Hatley Memorial Park. Each burial plot also has space for 4x urns. If you need a burial plot, or cremation spots right now, please accept my condolences. I am here to help. I have three burial plots (one is now sold) in the beautiful Hatley Memorial Gardens. The plots are all adjacent to each other in the ‘Garden of the Gospels’ section of the Memorial Gardens. It's ideal for a multi-generation family, or they can be used for individuals as well. I have priced the plots very cheaply, so that when the transfer of ownership is paid, you will still be at less than half price. Each of the burial plots will accommodate one casket AND four cremation urns as well. The plots may be used for any combination of interment: - Urns - with or without casket, or casket, with or without urns. Interment of urns or casket, can be in any order - and there is no additional charge. For the interment of five (i.e. 4x urns and 1x casket) it works out very low cost. Background info: My friend Jim inherited these burial plots. No one in his family wants to use them - they have their own plans. Basically, I am helping Jim to manage his assets, and these burial plots are some of his assets. I have actually purchased a grave from Used Victoria myself, so that's how I became involved in this. Change of ownership is handled by Hatley Memorial Garden staff. For my own purchase, there was some discussion and papers to sign for the original owner (all handled by Hatley), and the same for me, as the new owner. When you purchase 'the right to inter' you do not have to designate a burial space to a specific person at the time of purchase. That designation can come later. Also, the 'right to inter' is something that you own - it is 'property', and like all property, it can be sold, lent, used - or left unused, and can also become an inheritance for the next generation, if you want. Hatley will confirm everything I have written here. Cemetery property always comes with a good deal of paperwork, and Hatley were 100% on the ball, when I purchased my burial plot from the previous owner (who is still alive, by the way...) I'm sure I know most of the answers you could ask, and you can confirm with Hatley of course. Do you have a specific question? You are welcome to call me as well as email. Best regards, Philip
