World - meet Small Fry & McNugget! I think we're all a little jealous here at the West Van SPCA of whoever decides to adopt these adorable angels - they are sooo easy to fall in love with, and there's so much to love! McNugget and Small Fry came to us from the same home as Hamburglar and Grimace (a separate bonded pair of boys) where there were too many cats on the property. These two girls adore each other, and it is so sweet watching them play, groom each other, and to check in on each other. These two girls had to be separated briefly after their spay surgeries, and it was so amazing to watch them excitedly reunite. These girls simply must find a home together! Both Small Fry and McNugget are exceptionally friendly cats, they purr pretty much at the sight of you! They love to be held (once they know you), and are desperate for any kind of snuggles. They are going to be amazingly affectionate cats at home once they have settled in. These girls are also quite young and as such have tons of energy to play and roam, they adore toys and scratch posts. They have always been indoor cats and would do best to remain as indoor-only. These two came from a home with far too many animals that needed some help. As is common with large colonies of cats, there was upper respiratory infection (URI) running rampant through the group, and unfortunately these two are no exception. URI is extremely common in shelter cats (as well as outdoor cats), so please don't let it scare you away! But adopters with other cats at home should consider that this is a highly contagious illness to other felines. But trust us, once you meet these two you will have all the kitty cuddles you need!
