I’m looking for a 1-2 bedroom suite, apartment or bachelor pad for rent. I’m looking for something in or close to white rock for 1200$ or less a month. I can provide employment reference and criminal record check if necessary. I cannot provide a previous landlord reference as I am looking for my first space and am moving out of home. I am a quiet 22 year old male. I work as a plumber in white rock full time so will be quiet, respectful tenant who pays rent on time or before due date. I do not have any pets, I do not smoke or do drugs. I do not have parties and often keep to myself. I am okay with long term leases as I’m looking for something more permanent.
