Goofy - German Shepherd Dog

Shelter: BC SPCA - Vancouver Animal ID: 464893 Birthdate: December 30, 2016 - Young Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Goofy is a very sweet young German Shepherd who was brought into our care when he wasn't being properly taken care of. Goofy did not have the best start in his life, and did not have access to the outdoors. He is eager to please his owners, but will need some dedicated help in order to learn to be housetrained as an adult, and to learn his doggie manners. He has a gentle heart, and would develop into a lovely family pet. Goofy gets excited about playtime and meeting other dogs, and as he becomes more secure about himself and his surroundings, he'll need to have more activities to keep his brain stimulated - he could become a good candidate for agility training, nose work, tricks, or more. If you are interested in Goofy, we'd suggest to do some preliminary research on the German Shepherd breed, and on adopting under-socialized dogs. Breed and previous dog experience is an asset.
