Pogo - German Shepherd Dog

Shelter: BC SPCA - Maple Ridge Branch Animal ID: 596068 Birthdate: July 30, 2023 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Meet Pogo! This hansom fella came to our shelter very dirty and skinny. He was terrified of most things and quickly attached himself to a few staff members. Once we got Pogo's upset tummy under control we got him gaining lots of healthy weight and his coat started to shine. Pogo is indeed a snuggle bug and is always following us around at the shelter. His favorite time of day is when we fill up his water bucket for him to then splash in like a swimming pool. Pogo is excellent on leash and won't let you out of his sight. Men do seem to make him nervous, but once he can give you a few sniffs, he will be curled up in your lap.
