Help with rehoming our dog

Chica is a pitbull mix we received as a rescue from California. We were led to believe she was a senior dog but upon receiving her it turns out she is only 3 or 4 based on the vets opinion. She is a lovely dog in that she is well behaved at home. House trained, loves people, listens to commands such as sit, stay, no, etc. She was difficult to walk initially due to pulling but I seem to have that under control. What I can't deal with as a senior myself is her reactivity to other animals. I don't think it is aggression as opposed to not having socialized due to being in a kennel for a long time. We are fond of her but with our health is situation , both in our 70's, she is too much dog for us. She is up to date with her shots and the Gulf Islands Vet on Saltspring has her information. we are reaching a crisis situation so If you can provide a loving and safe home for Chica, please contact me via email.
