I upgraded and have this home gym that I no longer use. This is Fitness Strength Training Home Gym and a Marcy bench with leg/curl attachments, is very versatile and has a lot of features including a half squat rack, mid-high bar holder, high and low pulleys for lat pull-downs and rows. It's kept indoors. The cable system is for standard weight plates but, with adapters (you will need to buy them separately) can use Olympic weight plates. This gym is in great condition lots of life is still left on it. There are no abuse or bent pegs, no damage to the pulley cable system either. It has some cosmetic scratches, minor rust spots from common use, and a very small tear on one of the chest flies but, nothing serious. It's from a smoke, and pet free home. A lat bar is included, no other attachments, no bars, and no weight plates are included. Currently is taken apart for storage. Would need a large car or SUV for transportation.
