EXECUTOR OF THE WILL & LAST TESTAMENT ($5000) I am a single without a next-of-kin. I am looking for the executor of my Will and Last Testament. I live in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. I want someone who lives near Burnaby area. I am offering a fee of $5000 for carrying out my last wishes. I do not own a house or property so there is nothing to sell. All my money is in several bank accounts. I want my money be distributed honestly to “several charities” after my death without any cheating by the executor. The executor will begin his/her job by informing about my death to all charities listed in my Will, and then carry out My Last Wishes. My Last Wishes Are As Follows: Funeral services (funeral package will be pre-purchased), disposing or giving away all items in my bachelor apartment, cleaning the apartment, informing CRA, paying taxes to CRA, and closing CRA account, closing pension, closing all bank account, paying off credit card bills (my monthly pension pays off my rent, all my credit card bills, and all other costs), and closing all credit card accounts, closing cell phone account, closing files in credit bureaux, closing social insurance number, closing drivers licence, closing ICBC file, etc. The fee $5000 will be paid to the executor by my bank. The executor needs to produce proof of all services to the banks before getting paid $5000 service fee. Banks will check everything and make sure that the executor informed about my death to charities. The executor may be asked to obtain a PROBATE (a court order) to release money to charities.
