Communicates changes in resident condition and care to appropriate decision makers (guardian, family, agent, resident) and team members, may include physicians * Exhibits strong leadership skills and strives diligently to resolve conflict situations with families/staff in a positive, cooperative manner, always reporting family concerns immediately and working as an advocate for resident care.
