$89 · Small Vintage Chinese Longquan Embossed Celadon Vase - Superb Quality.

Here is a sweet Celadon vase with an embossed pattern of leaves and lotus flowers. The vase measures 5" high and 3" in diameter at the widest point. The Longquan stamp is seen on the bottom of the piece. The pale green glaze is crisp and clear on the outside of the vessel. The interior glaze is white. The lip of the vase is finely wrought - very thin porcelain. And yet the piece has a solid feel. The weight is 130 g. The subtle embossing is hard to see in bright light, but again, it is of superior artistic quality. This small celadon item sends a soft message of purity and calm.
