Free Delivery to Downtown Vancouver only April 25/26, as I will be in Vancouver that weekend from Victoria. This is a Brand New official 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics torch. The relay Torch is constructed of stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet molding, measuring 37″ in length and 3″ at its widest point. The shape and contours of the torch represent the lines made by snow and ice sports and is engraved with the motto "With Glowing Hearts / Des plus brilliants exploits," with the Canadian maple leaf 'cut-out' on the opposing side! The torches used for 2010 relay and the lighting ceremonies were made by designers at Bombardier Inc.'s Aerospace division Each torch is signed by the Bombardier tech that originally assemble the torch, with a tag inside, as shown in pictures. Comes with a very rare limited-edition numbered steel stand. The stand is numbered 100 of 250 and has Olympic Inuksuk and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC-Premium National Sponsor). VANCOUVER 2010 is also etched on the back side. Also includes the original grey cloth carry bag that came with it and in its original cardboard box. Please note: The copper gas line has been snipped as this is how they we sold by Government Surplus division, after the Olympics.
