Eurohouse Interiors Inc. is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant Permanent, Full time (30 hours per week) Wage - $ 25.00 CAD per hour Benefits: Pacific Blue Cross health insurance Company’s business address and job location: 1514 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7V 1H8 Main duties: • Provide administrative and clerical support to management; • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner; • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings; • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for management; • Create and maintain different documents using office computer software; • Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; • Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies, place, expedite and receive supplies orders; • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained; • Establish office procedures and routines; • Maintain office cleanliness; • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Required qualifications: • Completion of secondary school is required; college diploma would be an asset; • Some previous office administrative/clerical experience is required; • Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
