Karma Lounge in Vancouver, BC is looking for experienced Chef de partie. Karma Lounge Position: Chef de partie, Permanent, Full-Time Position Wage and working hours: $22.00~25.00/hr, Working 30 ~ 40 hours per week Starting Date: As soon as possible Work location : 1161 West Georgia street, Vancouver, BC, V6E 0C6 Job Duties: - Prepares, cooks and presents menu items following standardized recipes - Prepares checklists and a variety of foods, sauces, and other products as required - Assists head Chefs with product receiving, breakdown, storage and rotation - Check Inventory and evaluate the ingredients and Requisition food and kitchen supplies - Plan menus, create new recipe and sauce and ensure food meets quality standards - Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items Job requirement: - 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation - High school graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English If you meet the requirement and are interested in this position, please email your resume to: karmaloungehr@yahoo.com
