Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Name: Sushimoto Job Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent Job Location: 102-2201 Holdom Ave Burnaby BC Canada V5B0A2 Salary Rate: $34.65 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week Duties: - Manage, organize and control of general restaurant operations both hall, bar and kitchen - Resolve issues from customer - Control staff shift, oversee staff training and monitor staff performance - Manage and focus on the overall customer service - Determine type of services to be offered - Check inventory and revenues and modify operation procedures and prices when necessary - Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines - Negotiate with suppliers - Negotiate arrangements of catering or special orders Qualifications: - 3 years of work experience in food service field with some supervisory experience - Available to work in evening and weekend(s) - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English If you meet the requirements above, please send your resume by e-mail sushimoto2010@gmail.com
