Job responsibilities include: - Collaborate with stakeholders and UI/UX designers to gather business and UI requirements, define scope, and estimate resources. - Analyze information system processes, recommend solutions to improve efficiency, and develop, integrate, test, and implement business system solutions. - Develop and implement business solutions for information systems, providing recommendations on strategy, policies, management, security, and service delivery for information systems. - Translate complex business needs into functional, technical, and UI requirements, analyze system processes and facilitate requirements reviews with stakeholders. - Act as a bridge between business units, technical teams, and support teams, including coordination with third-party developers for software development, testing, and deployment. - Develop and execute test plans, create user documentation, and provide end-user support and training on business applications. Requirements for the position: - Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on UI/UX design. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. - Hands-on experience with AGILE methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. - Language: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
