Food Service Supervisor

Kosoo Restaurant located Vancouver downtown, is currently seeking a qualified Food Service Supervisor. Employer: Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ Work location: 1128 Robson St Vancouver, BC V6E 1B2 Position: Food Service Supervisor Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week) Salary: $18.50 per hour Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Requirement: -Min 1 year of work experience in the food preparation or service -Completion of Secondary School. -English ability (able to communicate) is required Main Job Duties: • Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff. • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. • Estimate and order supplies and ingredients and keep stocks • Check delivery contents in order to verify product quality • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. • Establish work schedule. • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards How to apply: Email: kosoorestaurant.recruit@gmail.com Only selected candidate will be contacted for an interview.
