We are looking for a full-time Food Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Company Name: Chatime Position: Food Service Manager, Full time, Permanent Wage Rate: $28.85 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week Work Location: 6361 Cambie St, Vancouver, BC, Canada V5Z3B2 Start date: as soon as possible Main Duties: -Plan and control the operations of daily activities -Oversee cash and budget control consistently according to policy -Determine or upgrade type of services to be offered -Organize and maintain inventory -Resolve customer complaints consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction -Ensure health and safety regulations -Train staff and Monitor staff performance -Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for business relation satisfaction Qualifications: - 3 years of work experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English Thank you for your interest in this position.
