Nordic Sport, World Class Addition. This is the very high level, expensive, version of Nordic Track. ( cross country ) It is newer than the simple wooden versions. It can be adjusted several ways for level of difficulty. It has an extra base for more challenging. "up hill" skiing. It provides the strength training and endurance aspects you would get with cross country skiing but you can do it while you watch you-tube or T.V. It provided figure shaping as well. It was enjoyed over time by a couple. Friends bought this machine, at the time, when they saw the dramatic changes we achieved. Fully assembled it is 6'6" long by 14" wide by 68' Tall The height can be flattened to the base when not in use. Sorry no delivery. You must pick up. Cash only condition: good
